The event area is to the left-front of the path once you walk up from the ceremony site.  This is the set up they had for the 3 pm wedding they were doing that day.  Notice not all the tables are under the tents (not good when it started to pour and hail!).  The building in the rear has a small prep kitchen on the bottom floor and a big room upstairs (used for yoga).  Not large enough for 100.  They have a barbecue available.  This event had no dance floor, but it is very uneven.  The small canopy was used for the band.  You can dance on the road, I guess.  Most parking would be off site on the street.  Campers in the county park can walk from the campground to the event.

Quiet Creek Inn - Ceremony site

This is the ceremony site.  Beyond the decorations hanging between the trees is the creek.  They have a few seats set up, but usually it is standing for the ceremony.  Those couples who have done seats, have a short cocktail reception to the right of the ceremony (where the picnic table is), afterward, and while that is going on the groomsmen move all the chairs up to the event area.  It's an incline, so Grandma would not be able to get down to the seating area.  Her chair can remain at the top or she can go into a cabin, to the balcony and watch from there.  (A few stairs up to the cabin).  Two cabins overlook the ceremony site.

Idyllwild-Quiet Creek Inn

This is the first thing you see when you drive in to the Quiet Creek Inn.  The image is taken from where we are parked.

We then walked from the car to this structure/bridge.  The photo on the right is from our car walking into the property.  The office is on the right.  The photo, below, is taken coming out of the property, so you need to reverse it in order to picture it from where we are parked.  The office is to the left in that photo.  They use the top of the bridge for the bridal breakfast, rehearsal dinner, other small functions.

From where our car is parked you can walk to the left, before the bridge, and go towards the cabins on the left, near the creek.

This is a short walk, 5-10 yards from the sign in table to where Chris is standing at the beginning of the white "carpet" leading to the ceremony site on the creek.
